Consistency is Key

Consistency is Key

Consistency is guaranteed results. Small daily habits are more powerful than big occasional efforts.

The Consistency Effect

Consistency creates momentum. When you take consistent action towards your goals you create a positive feedback loop. Each small step reinforces your commitment and gets you closer to success.

Focus on Actions not Wishes

Wishing for results is passive. Taking action is active. Instead of waiting for your dreams to happen, identify the steps and start taking them now. Break your goals down into small tasks and do them consistently.

Small Steps

Don’t underestimate the power of small actions. Consistent small improvements add up over time to big progress. Focus on daily incremental progress not big change.

Time is not the Enemy

You can’t control time but you can control your actions. Consistent effort means steady progress no matter how long it takes. Trust the process and keep taking daily action.

Intention

Pairing consistency with intention amplifies your results. When you set intentions you align your actions with your goals and create a powerful synergy. Your consistent effort becomes more focused and effective.

Obstacles

Consistency helps you get through obstacles. When you hit a bump you’ll keep moving forward because of your daily habit. Consistency builds resilience and keeps you in motion even when things get tough.

Progress

Acknowledge your consistency. Recognise each small step contributes to your overall success. Celebrate your progress no matter how small and that will reinforce your commitment and keep you taking consistent action.

I Built a Multiplayer Game Yesterday. I Wrote Zero Code

Yesterday I built a multiplayer online Tetris game — live on the internet, real domain, real players. I wrote zero lines of code. My team of AI agents named it, built it, registered the domain, spun up the server, and deployed it in under two hours. I made coffee while it happened. The experience left me impressed, then uncomfortable. I'm getting lazier. I'm thinking less. And I'm not sure that's entirely a good thing.

Letting Go of Old Paradigms Sets You Free

Letting Go of Old Paradigms Sets You Free

We all carry beliefs we didn’t choose—old habits, fears, and routines that quietly shape our lives. In this piece, I reflect on what happens when life forces us to question those invisible rules, and why letting go of what no longer fits might be the most freeing thing we can do.
