“It ain’t about how hard you hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward” – Rocky Balboa

Hello! Allow me to introduce myself…

My name is Cem Hurturk. I’m a self-made software engineer and serial entrepreneur. I’ve been writing code since I was in high school and working in the software industry since the early 1990s. Since then, I’ve continued to hone my experience and skills in creating software to optimize business potential, email marketing, and delivery.

My entrepreneurial spirit and knowledge in software creation have enabled me to establish over 20 successful businesses, some of which include: Octeth.com, Sendloop.com, 50saas.com, ReferralMagic.co, IPMonitor.app, Cleanify.io, and PreviewMyEmail (acquired).

The software businesses that I manage enable other worldwide organizations to operate more efficiently.

Building on my experience, my mission is to assist at least 1000 entrepreneurs yearly to build their in-house email marketing systems. I’ve created this website to showcase my professional career milestones, as a platform to share my thoughts, ideas, and future plans.

In my free time, I enjoy reading and I’m passionate and eager to learn more about nature. I’m continually aspiring to be a better person and to be grateful every day.

Thank you for visiting.

To discuss the services I offer or to have a chat, please feel free to reach out to me at: [email protected].

“Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.” – Bruce Lee

You Are Not Your Name, Your Job, or Your Hobbies

You Are Not Your Name, Your Job, or Your Hobbies

A movie clip on Instagram stopped me cold this week. One man asks another, "Who are you?" — and rejects every answer. Not your name. Not your job. Not your hobbies. Who are you? I sat with it and realized I couldn't answer either. Most of what I reach for daily — founder, husband, builder — is scaffolding, not substance. This is what came up when I let the question do its work.

Letters to My Future Self: Today’s Decisions, Tomorrow’s Gifts

Letters to My Future Self: Today’s Decisions, Tomorrow’s Gifts

I’m writing this letter to you because I know how much you depend on me. My thoughts, actions, beliefs, and decisions today will shape your world tomorrow. It’s a big responsibility, and I’m doing my best to make choices that you’ll be thankful for.

The Quiet Power of Waiting

The Quiet Power of Waiting

I’ve noticed something weird after 14+ years working with thousands of customers all around the world — behind every real achievement lurks this thing we never talk about: waiting. Like, actually waiting. Not the sexy part of success stories, right? We’re obsessed with hustle culture, 5-step formulas, and productivity hacks (guilty as charged; I’ve bought 17 planners in my lifetime).
