Trust after taking action is a universal concept.

The Islamic Perspective

Tevekkül in Islam is to trust in Allah after effort. The Quran says:

“Once you make a firm decision, place your trust in Allah. Indeed, Allah loves those who trust Him.”

Al-i İmran 3:159

Christian Teachings on Trust

Christianity says the same about trusting God’s plan:

“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear… Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them.”

Matthew 6:25-26

This passage is about relying on divine wisdom not personal understanding.

Reality Transurfing’s Flow Concept

Reality Transurfing is about aligning with the universe’s flow. It’s about setting intentions and then releasing attachment to outcomes. This is the same as religious concept of trust and surrender.

Buddhist Non-Attachment

Buddhism says non-attachment reduces suffering. Dhammapada says:

“Let go of the past, let go of the future, let go of the present and cross over to the other shore of existence. With the mind wholly liberated, you shall come no more to birth and death.”

This is the same as releasing control.

The Common Thread

Across all these systems a universal truth emerges. After taking action, surrendering control brings peace. This principle goes beyond religious boundaries, trust in a higher power or the natural order.

The Distribution Problem Is the Only Problem

Last week I counted my Twitter bookmarks. All 198 of them. 58 were about Claude Code setups and plugins. Another 27 about AI coding workflows. More than 40% of everything I'd saved over eleven months was about one thing: how to build faster. The single most-bookmarked author in my collection had written nine separate posts about finding your first 100 users. I'd saved all nine. I still don't have my first 100 users. AI didn't make building hard. It made building trivial. What it actually made worse is distribution, and I'm a builder who keeps studying building.

2026: A Blank Page

It's January 1st, 2026, and I'm staring at a blank page again. I love this feeling. Most people fear starting over—they cling to what they've built, terrified of blank pages. But I've learned something different across my 47 years: the ability to start fresh isn't a curse, it's a superpower. And what's changed isn't my love for fresh starts—it's what I want to write on them. The old ambitions (money, status, achievement) are losing their grip, making room for intangible ones: quality time with family, mental resilience, physical strength, the luxury of staying calm and getting bored. These are the real wealth that only a few achieve. I still love running "format c:" on my life, just like I did on my old 80286 PC as a kid. 2026 is completely blank, and that's exactly how I want it. Here's to writing this year with more wisdom, more focus, more intention.
